[gled-bootstrap] Mac port

Hi,

I've finished a mac port of gled today ... if you have a mac, give it a 
try and let me know.

The binary tarball for 10.5 intel is at:
   ftp://ftp.gled.org/1.3.x/gled-1.3.x-mac.tar.gz
This includes the greed demos - see README in top directory.

You'll need to have fink installed and the following packages (see 
attached `dpkg -l`):
   glib2 glib2-shlibs netpbm10 netpbm10-shlib libpng3 libpng3-shlibs
   libjpeg libjpeg-bin libjpeg-shlibs
and maybe some others (please tell me what's missing).

To build via gled-builder, see:
   http://www.gled.org/docs/html/gledimp.html#Building_Gled
you'll probably need all the packages that are listed in the attachment. 
Otherwise it should be a milk-run.

I'll eventually add this to gled twiki, but would prefer an independent 
confirmation that things work first :)
